  • Is it Friday yet? I would sooooo love to stop chasing deadlines and hop into a hammock immediately. 📸: Lyndah/@flytographer

  • Inside of a treehouse? Or boutique hotel?

If you’ve seen my IG stories lately, you know it’s an over-the-top treehouse in South Carolina. I’d love to do a roundup story featuring super cool glamping spots around the world.

Any ideas? Could be anything from a vintage Airstream in Santa Cruz to an arctic treehouse in Finland to a tiny-home resort in Colorado.
  • Ever heard of parahawking? Want to try it?

San Diego is the only place in the U.S. where it’s offered to the public.

What exactly is parahawking? Think: tandem paragliding with a well-trained raptor tagging along. 😀

First of all, it’s pretty freakin cool to be gliding by the sea cliffs at Torrey Pines. That alone is a thrill, but the fact that a falcon is also also along for the ride is just insane.

Oh and, if you’re lucky, whales may also be jumping in the distance. 🐳 Whatttt?! Completely overwhelming.

See the link in my bio for a video that explains where to try this. And feel free to send along any questions.

For this video, we launched ourselves over the cliff about a dozen times, so I’m no longer a newbie.
  • Here in the South we start out every day slow, and then as the day goes on we taper off.

Cracked up when my tour guide said this last week. But don’t ya just love a day like that? Or an entire vacation like that?

Sometimes doing nothing is everything.

Southerners, is this a saying? Or just something my tour guide came up with? #charlestonlove

Thanks for the photo Kelsey/@flytographer!
  • Dreaming of exploring Antarctica? 🐧 I hear ya. It was my dream for a super long time, and then I finally made it happen—twice. And I would gladly go again. It’s that incredible.

Cruise season runs from mid-October to late March, so there’s still time. Booking last minute can save you a bunch of moolah. Like, seriously, a lot.

If you can’t find anyone to go with you, don’t let that stop you. I was surprised by how many solo travelers were on the cruise with us. Also, most cruise ships will pair you up with a cabin mate if you’d like. Another great way to save money.

P.S. — I get to see @murr.leah + sam murr (the two models in this photo) sooooooooon!!! Yassssssss!!
  • <> Such a beaut. Have you stopped by to see this lovely while in Charleston?
